Fusing glass was one of the first "non-bead" jewelry media I took up. I am still endlessly fascinated by how the kiln transforms the glass - melting, changing colors and patterns - fascinating!
These earrings were created from iridescent blue dicroic glass. After fusing the glass, I cut it into long, curvy oval shapes with the band saw, and glued bails to the back of both pieces. A short length of sterling silver chain was attached for a little added bit of interest.
