Metaphysics and Gemstones - Patience

This is Part 3 in a series of posts about the metaphysical properties of gemstones.

Part 1 was dedicated to creativity and artistic expression, and also gave a brief background on metaphysics. Part 1 also described how to incorporate gemstones and crystals into your lifestyle in order to benefit from their purported healing benefits.

Part 2 covered focus and concentration.

Today I'll cover those gemstones believed to help increase patience.

Gemstones which are believed to increase patience include:

Amethyst

Azurite:

Chrysoprase

There are several more, but they aren't as readily available at your local bead shop.

Finding yourself in need of a little patience? You might want to wear some jewelry incorporating one of more of these stones. Couldn't hurt!

Here is an amethyst necklace I made recently; it's available in my Etsy shop.

Stay tuned for the next update to my Gemstones and Metaphysics series... happiness.

Have a great holiday weekend!

Hi:-)
Lovely gemstones:
This is my greatest passion-to collect them,to get known more and more about them,to touch them, because it always has the good/or sometimes bad/influence on our organism.
Once I wanted to have the Mountaneous Crystal.I had special wishes: it had to be clear, like water, neither cut,nor faseted, but polished with the use of water.I had been looking for such one for several years and once I got one.I adore to touch it and previously I hadn't known why, until I read about its features: making nervous people calm.We have to listen to our organisms,as they give the clear signals and we have to learn, how to read them.Touching my crystal I really felt as my all stressful tension goes away.NOw I do not need it very often.MY life has changed.I left Poland long ago, where the life is very stressful even now.Got happily married and live in the country, where nobody has to cure his thorn nerves:-)

What a wonderful story, Halinka. Thanks for sharing it. I wish I could see your crystal!

I plan to cover stones that help with anxiety soon!
