I continue to receive spammy comments, and so does Bailey.
Mousing over the comments (without clicking! Never click!!) shows that they link to a sordid array of porny sites.
Obviously, I do not, and will not, be moderating these comments through - they just get rejected.
But my research shows that this is a known Blogger issue, and that Blogger doesn't care. Freedom of Speech, and all.

That is sad and I am sorry it is happening. Unfortunately the only thing to do is to moderate your comments.

This is crummy, several Blogs that we frequent were getting these kind of messages, but when they went to the word verification process (which you already use) the comments stopped.
Unfortunately the world is filled with some strange people, and if they feel they can be anonymous, anything goes.
Hope you can correct or find the time to moderate your Blog, it is still enjoyed by many.

That is what I don't get - my blog and Bailey's blog are fully moderated, to the max. Word verification and everything - and yet this crap is still filling my inbox.
